Sale Rental Trade Information

If you are interested in any of the following weeks, contact the owner directly. If you make a sale, you are responsible for your own deed transfer and recording in Grand County. Condominium Management Company will need a copy of the recorded deed to change ownership records.

Your ad will run for four months. January – April, May – August, and September – December. You will receive a reminder email notice and/or a phone call about one month before the new list is published. Your ad will be removed from the website and future newsletters if there is no reply.
